Mining Plant Modernization

Consulting - Mega Project Developer Strategy
Ingwe has assisted the Chinese with their strategy of developing large infrastructure and energy projects in Africa (1$bn each) for the China Overseas Infrastructure Development and Investment Corporation (COIDIC).
Consulting - Global Strategy Driven Project Models
We have assisted Anglo Gold Ashanti with formulating optimal project models for their global portfolio in order to maximise their business objectives.
Transmission – 400kV Mozambique To Zambia
Ingwe led the project development team to directly link the Mozambique electrical transmission network with the Zambian transmission network through a double 400kV circuit.
Solar – New Residential Estate Development
In this project, Ingwe used the roofs of a new residential development of more than 900 units as a solar power station, adding smart metering to enable residents to sell excess electricity to neighbours. We also implemented tax incentives for green energy to improve the business case.
Common Market For Eastern & Southern Africa (COMESA)
For this project Ingwe managed the interface between COIDIC and COMESA on Secretary General Level for the development of infrastructure and energy projects in COMESA-member countries.
Desalination – Namibia
Ingwe undertook a study to acquire and double the capacity of the Namibian desalination facility.
Commercial Mall Energy
The aim of this project was to minimise the client’s energy bill through accessing municipal facilities and the ESKOM Grid, we well as generator and solar supplies.
